The project features three dynamic buildings.  The unique shape of the 36-story and 32-story multifamily buildings emminate a kite shape.  This unique shape provides an efficient building with great views from each unit and from the roof top amenity pool decks.  The buildings are intgrated into a one-acre park bounded by 2^nd Ave.  The 18-story hotel placed in the center of the development also includes a rooftop amenity pool deck, and is wrapped with the exoskeleton structure that contrasts to the layered façade of the multifamily buildings. All buildings are slated for ground floor retail and restaurant space along with underground parking for 1000 cars.
