Liam Patterson
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Patterson oversees all finance, accounting, treasury, tax, cash management and reporting for The Congress Group. He has built and leads a team of experienced real estate finance specialists in providing financial and analytical support to the operations, development and construction teams. Prior to joining The Congress Group, Mr. Patterson was a senior manager in Ernst & Young’s Real Estate Advisory Services practice. There he provided valuation, investment, and business transformation advisory services to a wide array of national and regional commercial real estate clients, including owners, developers, investors, lenders and users. Before joining Ernst & Young, Mr. Patterson was the Director of Property Accounting for New England Development, where he oversaw the accounting and financial reporting for a $2 billion portfolio of major regional shopping malls. Mr. Patterson earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Middlebury College, and a Master of Business Administration from the F. W. Olin School of Business at Babson College.
